Shake well before use. For optimal absorption, we recommend placing the drops directly under the tongue. Hold the oil under your tongue for 60 seconds, then swallow for optimal absorption. Since CBD is a fat-soluble molecule, it is advisable to combine its ingestion with appropriate fatty foods. Foods such as butter, milk, cheese, fatty plant milk or nuts activate the body’s fat-digesting enzymes and enable the CBD to be absorbed more easily. You can also add the oil to your food, but the effect will be somewhat delayed. We don’t add any flavourings to our CBD, as we love to let the natural taste shine through. While most people enjoy it (often noting a subtle earthy flavour with hints of nuttiness to it), if you don’t, simply have a drink or a bite to eat afterwards.
This differs with each person, taking into account weight, height, and reasons for taking CBD. Initially, we recommend taking 2-4 drops of our 20% CBD Oil per use and building your dose up gradually, and a maximum of 9 drops per day. For optimal results, best taken at regular intervals throughout the day. One drop contains approx. 8mg CBD – Do not exceed the FSA recommended maximum daily dose of 70mg CBD. Following this guidance, you can then manage daily dosage based on what works best for you, including combining with other CBD products.
