WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
Unwanted items – we offer a “no-quibble” 14-day guarantee for all items returned unused and in the original condition and packaging. You must send off the goods within 14 days from receipt of your goods.
Faulty items – all faulty items reported within 2 days of receipt can be returned for a full refund or replacement using our prepaid returns label.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Create your returns label at home for £2.99 (only charged when returning unwanted items)
1) Go to http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/949
2) Fill out your details and provide Royal Mail with your email address.
3) You will receive an email with two options. Download and print your own label at home, or have it printed for you at your local Post Office, where they’ll scan the QR code in your email straight from your phone. If you’ll be printing your own label, securely affix it to your parcel and ensure that any other delivery labels are removed from the packaging.
4) Seal the box up.
5) Take your parcel to your local Post Office.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?
You are responsible for any return shipping charges if the item is not faulty.
Faulty items are returned free of charge using our prepaid returns label.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Do not forget a deduction of £2.99 will incur if you have used our Royal Mail returns label (only deducted when returning unwanted, non faulty items).
